The Three Stooges : All Time Favorites is a collection of documentaries of the Three Stooges. It is not a collection of their short films, but instead consists of the following:
Jerks of All Trades (1949)
A proposed pilot for a Three Stooges television series that never aired. It features Moe Howard, Larry Fine and Shemp Howard as paperhangers who destroy Emil Sitka‘s home. A cute episode. My favorite part is “the great state of (clap clap clap) Texas”. If you see the episode, you’ll understand the joke.
Kook’s Tour (1970)
Another pilot for a proposed TV series. Kook’s Tour involved the Three Stooges (Moe Howard, Larry Fine, Curly Joe DeRita) touring the country and interacting with fans and other individuals. Sadly, Larry Fine suffered a stroke during the filming, and never recovered.
Family Album
Family Album is an interesting documentary on the Three Stooges (all six of the Three Stooges – Moe Howard, Larry Fine, Curly Howard, Shemp Howard, Joe Besser and Curly Joe DeRita), focusing on home movies, photos, interviews, etc.
1998 Three Stooges Convention Highlights
Exactly what it sounds like – highlights from the Three Stooges convention, including interviews with Moe Howard’s daughter, Curly Howard’s daughter, Larry Fine’s daughter and Curly-Joe’s widow.
